In January 2017, Alison West & Darren Woodhall took over the well-established Brooks Butchers, to form Hatton Butchers. Since school, Alison & Darren have been in the trade, previously working for Brooks Butchers. The introduction of Hatton Butchers has allowed the business to be upgraded to serve the needs of the current market trends.
Today, we are proudly providing the retail trade with the highest quality of meats and meat products. At Hatton Butchers, we pride ourselves in the food quality, safety and level of service we provide to all of our customers.
We practise the highest amount of food safety. Because of this, we have been awarded 5 stars for food hygiene from the Food Standards Agency.
